Unfortunately, this commitment comes at a cost. We have many regular expenses including fuel, maintenance, medical supplies and the salaries for our crew members who are on stand-by and can be in the air and on their way to help in just 6 minutes. RACQ CareFlight needs your commitment and support so we can continue this life-saving service. To this end we hope you will consider our workplace giving program or matched workplace giving program.
What is Workplace Giving?
Workplace giving is a simple and effective way to regularly donate to RACQ CareFlight through automated payroll deductions.
Supporters will receive an immediate tax benefit which means that for someone who donates $20 per month, it actually only costs $13.70* as the donation is deducted from their gross wage. This eliminates the need to collect receipts or wait until the end of the year to claim a tax refund. There are minimal processing costs with this program enabling us to increase the return on our fundraising activities with more money going directly to our cause.
*Assuming a marginal tax rate of 32.5%
Workplace giving is a way that businesses and their employees can work together to support CareFlight Rescue.
